For Refunds, the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We now offer 'Duties Paid' shipping for international customers through passport shipping! This option includes any customs / duties fees so there are no surprise customs fees! Please note if you do not select the 'duties paid' shipping option there may be customs / duties fees due upon receipt depending on your country.

If your shipment is delayed, please contact your shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.,) with your tracking number.
