For Refunds, the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders: We accept international returns for refunds or store credit. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free return labels for international orders.

Please note if you do not select the 'duties paid' shipping option there may be customs / duties fees due upon receipt depending on your country.

If your shipment is delayed, please contact your shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.,) with your tracking number.
